dc.description.abstractMy scientific research is connected with psychological issues of communication flexibility of young people on managerial positions. I explore the structure of this phenomenon and study inerrelationship between communication and life satisfaction. As a result of changes in socio-economic sphere in recent decades we require to study priorities of plurality of people and to analyse reasons, which underlie happy, successful life and life satisfaction in whole.en_US
dc.description.abstractYönetimsel konumda genç insanların iletişim esnekliliği psikolojik konular ile bağlantılı olduğunu araştırdım. HayaI memnuniyeti ile iletişim arasında karşılıklı bir ilişki çalıştığı ve bu phenomena (görüngü) nın yapısı ile keşfettim. Sonuç olarak sosyo-ekonomik dünyadaki değişim olmuştur günümüz yıllarında. Yapılan çalışmalardan elde edilene ve geçmişte sebepleri analiz etmiş insanların çoğunluğuna göre, hayat memnuniyeti, başarının ve her şeyin altında mutluluk vardır.en_US
