dc.description.abstractln the past decades in Macedonia there were substantial reforms in the psychiatric sector with significant results in the process of deinstitutionalisation, mentoring system of innovation that was introduced in Macedonia in psychiatric nursing in order to improve patient care. One of the municipal changes as part of that process was the introduction of a system of mentoring work of psychiatric nurses, which means acquiring competence over a certain small group of patients who are institutionally treated as individuals with, daily, targeted and direct communication with them. This system works by a one nurse take care of needs for the five patients. Their work is based on more attention to patients, help with their physiological need, hygiene, clothing, communication wath the patient, to express their problems, establishing contact with their families to improve their situation and acceptance of disease continues to easier handling it...en_US
dc.description.abstractGeçtiğimiz yıllarda Makedonya'da psikiyatrik alanda önemli reformlar yapıldı ve kurumsallaştırılmama sürecinde önemli sonuçlar alındı. Makedonya'da psikiyatri hemşireliğinde hasta bakımını iyileştirmek için sunulan inovasyon sisteminin desteklenmesi. Bu sürecin bir parçası oIan belediye değişiklikleri, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin rehberlik çalışması sisteminin başlatılmasıydı. Bu da kurumsal olarak bireysel olarak, günlük, hedefli ve kendileriyle doğrudan iletişim kuran küçük bir grup hasta üzerinde yetki edinmek anlamına geliyor. Bu sistem, bir hemşire tarafından beş hastanın ihtiyaçları için çalışır. Çalışmaları, hastalara daha fazla dikkat edilmesi, fizyolojik ihtiyaçları, hijyen, giyecekler, hasta ile iletişim, sorunlarını ifade etme, durumlarını iyileştirmek için aileleriyle temas kurma ve hastalığın kabulünü kolaylaştırma konularında yardım etmeye dayanmaktadır...en_US
