Özet
The existence of human being can't be considered without the cultural environment. Human exists by communicating. But, the relations network which the human is a part of, is being controlled by sociocultural limits of socialism. These limits contain both the norms, values, evaluation systems which a society propose and force its members when it is necessary and also the groups and the conditions in which a subject is being involved in without notice. In this respect, society forms both a structural and dynamic pressure mechanism with its arrangements making members join the culture. The aim of this study is to examine fear culture which is experienced in the global world. This study proposes that the interpersonal communication atmosphere and social interaction rules were being manipulated by the culture of fear which isn't natural in fact. In this case, the purpose is to determine a portrait of today's mankind who had to appropriate the culture of fear. This study is formed by theoretical analysis, interpretation and criticism based on indirect observation. In other words, definitive and descriptive research methods were used in this study.
