dc.description.abstractKültür varlıkları tarihsel süreç içerisinde mevcut kullanım amacını kaybetmektedir. Gerek teknolojinin gelişimi gerek nüfusun çoğalması ve yayılması bunun başlıca nedenlerinden görülmektedir. Bu durumda bu yapının korunması da kullanımı da yeniden işlevlendirmeyi gerektirmektedir. Yeniden işlevlendirme bir restorasyon tekniğidir. Buradaki asıl amaç kültür varlığının özgün yapısının bozulmadan yenilenmesi ve gelecek nesillere aktarılmasıdır. Bu çalışmada restore edilip yeniden işlevlendirilen Cimşit Bey Hamamı?nın kısmi kullanım, insan tahribatı, yanlış işlevlendirme konuları ele alınmış olup ekonomik, toplumsal ve çevresel faktörler açısından incelenerek yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, geçmiş dönemlerden günümüze ulaşan tarihi yapıların bir takım sebepler ile işlevini yitirmesi ve ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yeniden işlevlendirilerek, farklı amaçlarla da olsa kullanılabilir hale getirilmesi, yapının gelecek nesillere aktarılması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda tarihi Cimşit Bey Hamamı?nın yeniden işlevlendirme ile restoran olarak kullanılmasının tarihi yapıya bir zararının olmadığı ve bölgenin kalkınmasına katmış olduğu olumlu sonuçlar oldukça fazladır.en_US
dc.description.abstractCultural assets lose their current purpose of use in the historical process. Both the development of technology and the proliferation and spread of the population are seen as the main reasons for this. The preservation and use of this structure also require re-functioning in this case. Re-functioning is a restoration technique. The main purpose here is to regenerate the original structure of the cultural entity without deterioration and transfer it to future generations. In this study, partial use, human destruction, misfunctioning issues of Cim?it Bey Hammam, which were restored and re-functioned, were discussed and interpreted in terms of economic, social, and environmental factors. As a result, it is important for the historical buildings that have survived from past periods to the present to lose their functioning for a number of reasons and to be re-functionalized in line with the needs and made usable, albeit for different purposes, in order to transfer the structure to future generations. In this context, the re-functioning and use of the historical Cim?it Bey Hammam as a restaurant does not harm the historical structure and the positive results it has contributed to the development of the region are quite high.en_US
