Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının fen bilgisine yönelik tutumlarını incelemektir. Çalışmada, Buca Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği Ana bilim dalı üçüncü sınıfında okuyan 144 öğretmen adayına fen bilgisine yönelik tutum ölçeği uygulanmıştır. 2000-2001 öğretim yılı güz döneminde Fen Bilgisi Öğretimi-1 dersini alan öğrencilere dersten önce ve sonra ölçek uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler üzerinde SPSS 10.0 paket programı kullanılarak; ANOVA, t-testi analizleri yapılmış ve yorumlanmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes towards science among preservice elementary teachers. In the study, an attitude scale for science were administered 144 students who were in the third class of Elementary Teacher Education Department in Buca Faculty of Education. They were attending 'Teaching Science-I' course during the fall semester in 2000-2001. Attitude scale wasapplied before and after the course. Analysis of data was made by SPSS 10.0 and interpreted by using of ANOVA and t-test.
