Özet
Stratejik yönetim, günümüzde küreselleşmenin etkisinin yoğun şekilde yaşandığı bilim ve teknoloji alanlarında işletmelerin, yerel yönetimlerin ve diğer yönetim alanlarının amaçlarına yönelik bir disiplin halini almıştır. Stratejik yönetim; sadece özel sektör kaynaklı bir model ve yönetim anlayışı olarak kalmayıp, her türlü yönetimin de sunmuş oldukları hizmetler de, izlenecek politika ve planlamalar stratejik yönetimin anlayışı ve yaklaşımı içinde yer almalıdır.Bu nedenle, işletme yönetimlerinin hedef ve amaçlarına ulaşmadaki planların bir strateji üzerine kurulmasına ve bunu bir stratejik yönetim modeliyle gerçekleştirilmesi gerekliliğine çalışmamızda yer verilecektir.Çalışmamızda; politika stratejisi, taktik stratejisi, stratejik yönetimin faydaları, işletmelerde stratejik kararlar ve karar verme süreçleri ve risk analizi üzerinde durulacaktır. Özel ve kamu sektöründen 30 kişiye gönderilen anketler yoluyla elde edilen verilerle toplum beklentilerinin karşılanmasına yönelik stratejik yönetim ve planlamasının ne tarzda şekillendirildiği üzerinde çalışılacaktır.
Strategic management has become a discipline that meets the demands of local governments and other organisations that face intensive globalisation in all scientific and technological arenas.Strategic management is not only needed in private sector but in all sectors and the policies and planning should be based on strategic management principles. This is why this study tries to underline the importance of implementing a strategic management model in organisations.This study includes; policy strategy, tactic strategy, the benefits of strategic management, strategic decisions and decision processes in organisations and risk analysis. The data gathered from 30 participants from private and public sectors via a questionnaire will be used to demonstrate how they shape their strategic planning and management to meet the societal demands.
