dc.description.abstractBir olgu olarak, çok eski zamanlardan beri var olan düzenli ve düzensiz olarak göç, hem insan hem de kacak mülteciliği kapsamaktadır. Çok eski zamanlarda birçok ülke genellikle göçmenleri merkezlerine kabul ederlerken, 20 yy da dünyada birçok ülke kendi kontrollerinde göçmenlere sığınma vermeyi düşünmeye başlamıştır. İnsan Hakları Evrensel Beyannamesinin 14. Fıkrasında sığınma hakkı temel insan hakkı olarak tanımlanmıştır. Türkiye Cenevre Sözleşmesi Mültecilerin Hukuki Durumu Hakkında 1951 ve Mültecilerin Hukuki Durumu ile ilgili olan protokolü 1967 onaylayan ülkeler arasında olmasına rağmen Fas, Monako ve Kongo ile birlikte insan hakları bir tarafa bırakarak, coğrafi sınır kaydı ile ilgili maddeyi tercih etmiştir. Günümüzde Türkiye doğudan batıya ve güneyden kuzeye bazen de yasadışı yollarla nüfus hareketlerinin gerçekleştiği önemli bir geçiş ülkesidir. Türkiye geçiş ülkesi olmasının yansıra aynı zamanda iş bulmak isteyen insanlar için cazibe merkezidir başka bir deyişle Türkiye göçmenler için hem geçiş hem de hedef ülke konumundadır. Bu tez insan hakları acısından Türkiye’ye çeşitli nedenlerden ötürü göç etmiş göçmenlerin problemlerini çalışmayı amaçlar. en_US
dc.description.abstractThe fact of immigration, which exist since ancient times, involves both regular and irregular immigration, as well as human and refugee contraband. While in ancient time ssanctuaries were generally centers in which people could take refuge, in the 20th century most countries in the world began to consider granting asylum to be in the competence of the state In the 14th article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the right to asylum is defined as a basic human right. Turkey, althouugh is among the countries which ratified the Ceneva Convention Concerning the Legal Status of Refugees (1951) and the Protocol Regarding the Legal Status of Refugees (1967), put human rights at the background, together with Morocco, Monaco and Congo, on the ground of the article concerning geographical reservation. Today Turkey is an important transition country for population movements which occur, sometimes illegally, from east to west and from the South to North. Turkey is not only a transition country, but also an attractive destination for people looking for a job. In other words, Turkey is both a transition and a destination country for refugess. This thesis aims at studying, from the viewpoint of human rights, problems related to Refugees who immigrated for various reasons to Turkeyen_US
