Özet
Here we present urethral fistula that has an interesting occurrence mechanisim. There are many reasons causing urethral fistulas. Thase vary from tumor excisions to posthypospadias repair fistulas. Especially, fistulas after hypospadias repair are a big problem, and the incidence increases with the hypospadias types being more proximal. A 60-year-old man presented to our clinic with a proximal urethral fistula. The physical examination showed a 3x5 mm gap on the ventral side of distal urethra pigmentation changes around the entire penis. He had no distal urination spontaneously, but when he covered the fistula with his finger he urinated normally from the meatal orifice.
