| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okullarında çalışan yöneticilerinin zorunlu yer değiştirme suretiyle atanmalarına yönelik yöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerin ortaya koyarak çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Bu amaçla, nitel araştırma veri toplama tekniklerinden yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ilköğretim okullarında çalışan yöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Bu çalışma İstanbul ilinde, Anadolu yakasındaki beş ilçede on beş yönetici ve on beş öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgularda, yönetici ve öğretmenler yöneticilere uygulanan zorunlu yer değişikliği uygulamasına olumlu bakmaktadırlar. Yöneticiler sıralama ölçütlerini oluşturan kriterler hakkında bilgi sahibi iken öğretmenler bu konuda bilgi sahibi değildir. Yöneticiler ve öğretmenler zorunlu yer değiştirme suretiyle atamalarda sıralama ölçütünü oluşturan kriterleri yeterli bulmamaktadır. Zorunlu yer değiştirme suretiyle atama süreleri konusunda yöneticiler ve öğretmenler tüm idarecilere aynı sürenin uygulamasını önermektedirler. Yöneticiler ve öğretmenler, yöneticilerin zorunlu yer değişme sureti ile atamalarının yerleşip devam edeceği düşüncesindeler. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkarak çeşitli önerilere ulaşılmıştır. Zorunlu yer değiştirme suretiyle atamalarda sıralama ölçütü oluşturulurken yöneticilerin önerilerinin alınması, bu uygulamaya devam edilmesi, tüm yöneticilere aynı sürede zorunlu yer değişikliği suretiyle atama yapılması,zorunlu yer değişikliği uygulamasının eğitimi aksatmayacak dönemde yapılması önerileri yer almaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to propose solutions related to the appointment of the school administrators by means of compulsory replacement, by presenting the views of the administrators and the teachers. In this regard, from the qualitative research data collection techniques, semi-structured interviews have been conducted. In this study, the views of the teachers working in primary schools have been used. This study has been conducted in Istanbul, in 5 districts located on the Anatolian side with the participation of five administrators and fifteen teachers. Regarding the results obtained from this study, it has been found that the administrators and the teachers are positive about the compulsory replacement practice applied to the administrators. As the administrators are informed of the standards that form the sorting criteria, the teachers do not have enough information on this issue. The administrators and teachers do not find the criteria, which constitute the sorting criteria taken into consideration in the appointment of the administrators and the teachers as part of the compulsory replacement procedure, to be sufficient. The administrators and teachers suggest the practice of co-extensive rotation to be applied to all the administrators in the obligatory replacement procedure. Adminisrators and teachers believe that the appointment of administrators and teachers by means of compulsory replacement will be accepted and this application will continue. Various suggestions have appeared as a result of the findings reached at the end of this research. Taking into consideration the offers of the administrators while forming up the sorting criteria, applying co-extensive rotation to all the administrators, conducting the compulsory replacement procedure at a convenient time so that there will be no disruptions in teaching are all among the suggestions. | en_US |
