dc.description.abstractBu araştırma ile İstanbul ili Anadolu yakasında bulunan 14 ilçedeki 33 Resmi İmam Hatip Lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin mobbinge maruz kalma algısının yaygınlığı, mobbinge maruz kalma algıları mobbingin çeşitli boyutlarında nasıl yoğunlaştığı ve maruz kaldıkları mobbingin tür ve sıklığı kişisel özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığı incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda İstanbul ili Anadolu yakasında bulunan öğretmenlere Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Mobbing Algı Ölçeği formu dağıtıldı. Araştırmada, 332 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre en çok ayda bir mobbinge maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin en çok ''Kendisini göstermesini ve iletişimi engelleme'' boyutunda mobbinge maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte en çok uygulanan mobbing davranışlarının öğretmenlerin kişisel özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelediğimizde, cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, hizmet süresi ve çalıştığı kurumdaki hizmet süresine göre farklılık göstertermediği, yalnızca 'Yapabileceğimin çok üzerinde işler veriliyor' davranışında çalıştığı kurumdaki hizmet süresine göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the prevalence of perception of mobbing, how the perception of exposure to mobbing behaviours ranges according to different dimensions of mobbing, and how the perception of types and frequency of mobbing behaviours differ according to personal characteristics of victims who work in 33 Religious Vocational High Schools in 14 provinces of İstanbul Anatolian side. For the purpose of data collection "Information Form" and "Mobbing Perception Scale" were used. The data, collected from 332 teachers, shows that most of the teachers are exposed to mobbing behaviours once a month. İn addition to this when we analyse whether mobbing perception differs based on personal characteristics, gender, civil status, age, period of servise doesn'teffect the perception only 'I'm assigned more than I'm copable of' behaviour differs according sevise time.en_US
