dc.description.abstractCongenital synostosis between the fourth and fifth metacarpals is a rare congenital anomaly. We present a case of type IIIB metacarpal synostosis according to the Buck Gramcko's classification with the camptodactyly of the little finger. It was treated successfully with the phalangeal angulation osteotomy and soft tissue release procedures.en_US
