dc.description.abstractKargo taşımacılığı gelişen teknoloji ve küreselleşen dünya ile birlikte giderek daha da önem kazanmakta ve diğer taşımacılık türlerine göre ekonomideki payı artmaktadır. işletmeler açısından gerek müşteri memnuniyeti, gerekse maliyetleri azaltma açısından lojistik yönetimi hayati önem taşımaktadır. Buradan hareketle çalışmada kargo firmalarında çalışanların memnuniyeti ortaya konulması ve sonuçların değerlendirilerek daha başarılı uygulamalara geçilmesi noktasında öneriler geliştirilmesi amaç edinilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda uygulanan çalışan memnuniyeti ölçeğindeki 14 maddenin genel güvenirliği a=0,927 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular %95 güven aralığında %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith evolving technology and the globalization of the world, air Cargo transportation has been attaining critical importance and increasing the portion in the economy with respect to the other types of transportation. Businesses need to customer satisfaction, as well as logistics management is vital importance in terms of reducing costs. Based on this study to reveal the satisfaction of employees of cargo and more successful practical implementation of the results evaluated at the point it was aimed to develop recommendations. Applied for the purpose of employee satisfaction and the overall reliability of the scale of 14 items was found to be a= 0,927. The findings obtained in 95% confidence interval was evaluated at the 5% significance level.en_US
