dc.description.abstract | Partial scalp defects are reconstructed by local scalp flaps, pericranial flaps + grafting, distant flaps, m,crovascular flaps, expansion, removing the outer table of the calvarium + delayed or immediate grafting. Total scalp defects are best reconstructed by replantation, if it is possible. When replantation is out of choice, skin grafting, local flaps, free fasciocuataneous flaps, and free myocutaneous or free muscular flaps are considered. | en_US |
