Abstract

The families coming from Syria as refugees are living in the slums of lstanbul in general. The reason for this is because of cheaper rents and cheaper living conditions there. While we were choosing the interviwed family, one of the districts was selected where immigrant families emigrated from Syria were heavily living. ln this case presentation. it is aimed: To revealvarious problems of Syrian families who immigrated due to the terror and war conditions in Syrıa in order to reach a better life, where they experienced in the country of immigration, to evaluate cultural practices and beliefs that they had, to determine their requirements for nursing care. lt is utilized from "a guide for identifying cultural features in nursing care and the Nanda diagnostic guideline' while collecting data. During the interviews made with Syrian families, we provided support from an interpreter who is working as a volunteer to help immigrants in the region.
