dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, kolorektal kanser cerrahisinde öz etkililik ölçeğinin geliştirilmesi ve geçerlik-güvenirliğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla metodolojik tipte yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul?da bulunan özel bir sağlık grubuna bağlı hastanelerin genel cerrahi kliniklerinde Şubat 2021-Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında kolorektal kanser nedeniyle operasyon geçiren hastalar oluşturdu. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 170 hasta oluşturdu. Araştırmanın verileri Hasta Tanıtım Formu ve Kolorektal Kanser Cerrahisinde Öz Etkililik Ölçeği ile toplandı. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliğini belirlemek amacıyla Davis tekniği kullanıldı ve ölçeğin Kapsam Geçerlik ?ndeksi (KG?) 0,962 olarak belirlendi. Ölçeğin Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin değerinin 0,801 olduğu ve örneklemin yeterli olduğu saptandı. Bartlett?s testi sonuçları ise x2=1770,608; p=0,000 olarak hesaplandı ve verinin faktör analizi için uygun olduğu belirlendi. Ölçeğe ait tüm maddelerin faktör yükleri 0,40?ın üzerindeydi ve açıklanan toplam varyans %37,329 idi. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa katsayısının ise 0,838 olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, 16 maddeli ve tek alt boyutlu Kolorektal Kanser Cerrahisinde Öz Etkililik Ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu belirlendi.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in methodological type in order to develop the self-efficacy scale and evaluate its validity-reliability in colorectal cancer surgery. The population of the study consisted of patients who underwent surgery for colorectal cancer between February 2021 and April 2022 in the general surgery clinics of hospitals affiliated with a private health group in Istanbul. Also, the sample of the study consisted of 170 patients who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study. The data of the study were collected via the Patient Information Form and the Self-Efficacy Scale in Colorectal Cancer Surgery. Davis technique was used to determine the content validity of the scale and the Content Validity Index (CVI) of the scale was determined as 0.962. It was also found that The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of the scale was 0.801 and the sample size was sufficient. Bartlett's test results were calculated as x2=1770,608; p=0,000 and it was determined that the data was suitable for factor analysis. The factor loads of all items of the scale were over 0.40 and the total variance explained was 37.329%. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was determined to be 0.838. In conclusion, it was found that the Self-Efficacy Scale in Colorectal Cancer Surgery with 16 items and one sub-dimension was a valid and reliable measurement tool.en_US
