Özet
İşletmeler üretim için girdi temin ederken birçok süreci dikkate almaktadır. Bir girdinin temini için ilk etapta malzeme ihtiyaç planı çıkarılır, tedarik ve tedarikçi yönetimi yapılarak tedarikçiler seçilir. Satınalma yönetimi ve sözleşmesi ile ürünlerin satın alma operasyonları gerçekleştirilir. Bunları lojistik ve gümrükleme operasyon aşamaları izlemektedir. İstenilen müşteri memnuniyeti ve düşük maliyetler için tedarik sürecinde her aşamanın etkin yönetimi söz konusu olmaktadır. Müşterilerin isteklerinin çeşitlenmesi, küreselleşme ile birlikte rekabetin artması işletmeler için değişimi kaçınılmaz hale getirmiştir. İşletmeler daha önce kullandıkları süreçlerle sektörde rekabet edebilmek için sürekli iyileştirme yapmak durumundadırlar. Sürekli iyileştirmenin yapılmasının süreçler üzerinde bir etkisi kalmadığı noktada sürecin tekrar gözden geçirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu noktada da değişim mühendisliği önemini kazanmaktadır. Tez 5 bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde bir girdi temin etmeden önce yapılan planlama, tedarik ve satınalma süreçleri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde lojistik ve lojistik süreçleri, taşıma modları, taşıma modlarının çevre üzerindeki etkileri gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde dış kaynak kullanımı anlatılarak, lojistikte ve gümrük işlemlerinde dış kaynak kullanımı incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde değişim mühendisliği (reengineering) ve süreç yönetimi konuları ele alınarak, işletmelerin rekabet avantajı sağlayabilmeleri için süreçlerini devamlı iyileştirmeleri gerektiği ve iyileştirmenin çözüm getirmediği noktalarda süreçlerini yeniden gözden geçirerek değiştirmeleri gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Uygulama aşaması olan son bölümde ise dayanıklı tüketim ürünleri satan bir işletmenin üretim için temin ettiği girdilerin tedarik süreci ele alınmış, süreçler tanımlanmıştır. Mevcut süreçte problemler belirlenerek, iyileştirilmeler ve değişiklikler yapılmıştır. Daha sonra bu değişimin işletme üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir.
Business enterprises remarks many steps while they are procuring inputs for their production process. The list of requirements takes the first step for input purchasing of desired production line. The suppliers are being choosed according to the supply management principles. The suppliers which has been signed an offical aggrement becomes a soul provider for input purchasing operation. Then the customs duties and logistic operations comes as an last step at the procuring operations. There should be an effective management at the all steps if the low costs and the good level of customer satisfaction are desired. The change of demands by the time and competetive market conditons comes up as an result of globalization pushes the enterprises to change their management methods inevitably. The business enterprises realize the need of improvement to their management methods if they want to exists on competitive market conditions. The importance of Reengineering arises when the developments doesn?t have an effect to the process anymore. The thesis consists in five chapter. The first chapter will look over planning , supplying and purchasing process before input procuring. The logistic steps and process, transport models and their effect on enviroment will be consider in second chapter. The outsourcing process of logistic and custom duties will be held in third chapter. The fourth chapter will emphasize the importance of reengineering at the developement for the companies in any case that the improvement doesn?t contribute to the them in advance. We will examine all process that we have mentioned from the beginning of the chapters as a practice of our thesis. In other words, the problems of process will be emphesize again and the improvements will be done. The results of improvements will be analized as a last section.
