dc.description.abstractIt was given in [5] a condition for points and compact subsets of C(X) to be G? subsets of R X, the set of all real-valued functions defined on a topological space X. Also, it was shown in the same paper that if C(X) contains a non empty G? subsets of R X, then X is the topological sum of a ??compact space and a discrete space. In this work it will be shown that these two results remain valid in the framework of a set-open topology more general than the considered compact-open topology.en_US
