Özet
Bu araştırma ile İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakasında bulunan 14 ilçedeki 46 İmam-Hatip Ortaokulunda görev yapan 190 öğretmenin mobbing algısı ve bu mobbing algılarının öğretmenlerin kişisel özellikleri ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya konu olan öğretmenlere, kişisel (kimlik) bilgilerini tespit etmek için Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve mobbing algılarını tespit etmek için ise Mobbing Algı Ölçeği formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki 190 öğretmenin mobbinge en çok kendini gösterme ve iletişimi engelleme boyutunda, en az ise doğrudan sağlığa saldırıda bulunma boyutunda maruz kaldıkları; 22-30 yaş aralığında, hizmet süreleri 1-10 yıl olan ve kadın öğretmenler mobbinge daha fazla maruz kaldıkları algısına sahip görünüyorlar. Öğretmenler daha çok “ayda bir” sıklıkla mobbinge uğramaktadırlar. Oğretmenler “İşimle ilgili kararlar alınırken bana danışılmıyor.” maddesini en çok maruz kaldıkları mobbing davranışı olarak belirtmişlerdir.
The purpose of this study is to determine mobbing perceptions of 190 teachers working at 46 of Religious Vocational Secondary Schools located in 14 districts in Asian side of Istanbul and the relationship between the mobbing perceptions and the teachers’ personal characteristics. Personal (ID) Information Form and Mobbing Perception Scale Form were used in this study to determine the mobbing perceptions of teachers and their relationships with their personal characteristics. It has been found that the 190 teachers have mostly felt that they had been exposed to mobbing in self expression and communication; and minimally exposed to mobbing attacks their health. It has also been found that teachers who are young, female, inexperienced and worked short period of time in their schools felt that they had been exposed to mobbing more than others. The teachers are more often subjected to mobbing once a month. They stated “Nobody consults me when the decisions are made in my area” as the mobbing behavior of them that are exposed the most.
