That's why, companies are in endeavor of increasing the customer satisfaction, modernization and they follow trends closely, To get these, they are using process improvement, kaizen and six sigma implementations. dc.description.abstractŞirketler rakip firmalar ile sürekli olarak bir rekabet içerisindedirler. Bu rekabetin sebebi minimum zaman, minimum iş gücü ve maksimum kaliteye ulaşmaktır. Bu nedenle firmalar müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak ve modernleşmek adına trendleri yakından takip etmektedirler. Başarılı olabilmek için bu yolda altı sigma, Kaizen ve süreç iyileştirme çalışmaları yapmaktadırlar. Bu yöntemleri birlikte çalıştığımız firmadan aldığımız orijinal veriler ile uyguIamaya geçirmekteyiz.
