dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışması, orman yangınlarının turistik bölgelerdeki otel fiyatlandırmalarına olan etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Orman yangınları, doğal güzelliklerin ve turistik cazibe merkezlerinin tehdit altında olduğu olaylar olarak bilinir. Bu tür yangınlar, turist talebini, otel doluluk oranlarını ve fiyatlandırmaları etkileyebilir. Bu çalışma, orman yangınlarının otel endüstrisine yönelik doğrudan ve dolaylı etkilerini değerlendirerek, bu etkilerin otel fiyatlandırmalarına nasıl yansıdığını incelemektedir. Çalışmada, orman yangınlarının turizm sektörüne olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Yangınların turist talebine ve rezervasyonlara etkisi analiz edilmiştir. Etkilerin otel fiyatlandırmalarına nasıl yansıdığı incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veri seti çeşitli istatistiksel yazılımlarla değerlendirilmiştir. İstatistiksel sonuçlar dikkate alındığında orman yangınlarının turistik bölgelerdeki otel fiyatlandırmalarına olan etkisinin oldukça yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca çalışmada, yangın bölgesi dışındaki otel oda satış fiyatlarında bir değişiklik görülmemiştir. Yangın bölgesi sınırındaki otelde ise yangın döneminde ve sonrasında artış olduğu gözlemlemiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to examine the impact of forest fires on hotel pricing in tourism areas. Forest fires are known as events that threaten natural beauty and tourist attractions. Such fires can affect tourist demand, hotel occupancy rates and pricing. This study evaluates the direct and indirect effects of forest fires on the hotel industry and examines how these effects are reflected in hotel pricing. The study examines the effects of forest fires on the tourism sector. The impact of fires on tourist demand and bookings is analyzed. How the effects are reflected in hotel pricing is analyzed. The data set obtained was evaluated with various statistical software. Considering the statistical results, it is seen that the impact of forest fires on hotel pricing in touristic regions is quite high. In addition, no change was observed in hotel room sale prices outside the fire zone. In the hotel on the border of the fire zone, on the other hand, it was observed that there was an increase during and after the fire period.en_US
