Abstract
ln business and engineering new product development (NPD) is the complete process of bringing a new product to market, NPD can be tangible (that is, something physical you can touch) or intangible (like a service, experience, belief or education). ln Azerbaijan there are a lot of shortcomings in nurse education. In developed countries simulation based training maybe the part of the education. but it is as a new product or an innovation for us. Simulation Training is the method holds great promise for nursing education. Simulation techniques used in teaching vary from low fidelity to high fidelity depending on the degree that they match reality...
İş dünyasında ve mühendislikte yeni ürün geliştirme (NPD), piyasaya yeni bir ürün getirmenin tüm süreçleridir.
