dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın çıkış noktası; Psikanalitik Modelin ve Davranışçı Modelin önerdikleri doğrultusunda, 13-18 yaş aralığındaki obez tanısı almış ergenlerin anne-baba tutumunun obezite oluşumundaki rolü olduğu varsayımı oluşturulmuştur. 13-18 yaş aralığındaki obez tanısı almış ergenlerin obezite ile sosyal fizik kaygı durumları arasında ilişkisini ve kontrol grubu ile obez ergenlerin sosyal fizik kaygı durumu arasındaki ilişkisini incelenmek istenmiştir. Araştırmaya 13-18 yaş arası 25 kız 25 erkek olmak üzere 50 obez hasta ile 13-18 yaş arası 25 kız 25 erkek olmak üzere 50 normal kiloya sahip ergenler katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Sosyal Fizik Kaygı Ölçeği ve Annem ve Ben –Babam ve Ben Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında; obezite ergenlerin ebeveynlerinin, normal ergenlerin ebeveynlerine göre daha fazla davranış kontrolüne sahip olduğu ve obez grubun normal gruba göre anne-baba tepkisellik puanlarının daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Deneklerin sosyal fizik kaygı puanlarına bakıldığında, obez grubun normal gruba göre sosyal fizik kaygı puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Obez ergen grubun anne baba tutumları ile sosyal fizik kaygı düzeyleri karşılaştırıldığında, obez ergenlerin anne baba tepkisellik puanları arttıkça sosyal fizik kaygı düzeylerinin azaldığı, anne baba psikolojik kontrol puanları arttıkça sosyal fiziksel kaygı düzeyleri de artmaktadır. Normal ergen grubun anne baba tutumları ile sosyal fizik kaygı düzeyleri karşılaştırıldığında ise anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda elde edilen tüm sonuçlar yorumlanmış ve tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe starting point of this research is; related to psychanalitique and behavioral models suggestions; the adolescents with obesity diagnosis between the ages of 13-18 suffer this situation because of the behaviors of their parents. In this research, the relation between the obesity and social physical concern situations of different control groups was aimed to be investigated. 25 girls 25 boys, totally 50 obese adolescents between the ages of 13 to 18 and 25 girls 25 boys, totally 50 normal body weight teenagers between the ages of 13 to 18 took place in the research. The tools used are” Personal Information Form”, “Social Physical Concern Scale” and “Mother and I and Father and I Scale“. The results show that, the parents of the obese teenagers are comperatively more behavior controlled and less reactive than the parents of normal body weight teenagers. Additionally, obese group has higher social physical concern rates than the normal group. When a comparison is made between the behaviours and social physical concern rates of the parents of the obese adolescents, it is found that when the reactiveness rate of the parents increase, the physical social concern level of the obeses decrease and more psychologic control cause high level physical concern. On the other hand, no significant difference is noticed between the parents behaviours and social physical concern of the normal weight teenagers. All of the results are after on debated and commented.en_US
