Ortaöğretimde görev yapan yöneticilerin değişimi yönetme yeterliliği: Üsküdar ve Kadıköy ilçeleri örneği / Competence to manage change

Bu araştırmanın amacı İstanbul ili Kadıköy ve Üsküdar ilçelerinde görev yapan ortaöğretim okulları yöneticilerinin değişimi yönetme yeterliliklerini saptamaktır. Araştırma, 2007-2008 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ili genelinde 2 ilçede görev yapan ortaöğretim okulu yöneticileri ile sınırlıdır. Araştırma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde giriş ve alan taraması yapılmıştır, ikinci bölümde araştırmanın yöntemi belirtilmiştir, üçüncü bölümde bulgular ve yorumlara yer verilmiştir, dördüncü bölümde ise sonuç ve öneriler bulunmaktadır.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the sufficiency of management in changing of the directors, who are working at the high schools in Kadıköy and Üsküdar Districts of Istanbul. This study is limited to the high school directors, who are working in the two districts in Istanbul during the 2007-2008 educational year. This study is composed of four sections. In the first section, there are the introduction section and the research in literature. The second section shows the method of study and the third sections covers the evidences and comments and in the final section, the conclusion and recommendations take place.
