dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmada hematokezya, kabızlık, karında şişkinlik, kilo kaybı ve anemi nedeniyle kolonoskopi incelemesi yapılan 251 hastanın bulgularının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metodlar: Çalışmamıza Ocak 2016-Ocak 2017 tarihleri arasında İstanbul Fatih’te bir özel cerrahi tanı merkezindeki endoskopi ünitesinde kolonoskopi uygulanan 251 hasta alındı. Kolonoskopi hematokezya, kabızlık, distansiyon, kabızlık, kilo kaybı, karın ağrısı ve sebebi açıklanamayan anemi endikasyonları ile GİFxQ30 olympus cihazı ile yapıldı. Kolonoskopi sonuçları hasta dosyası taraması yöntemiyle yaş ve cinsiyet göre retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilirken, istatistiksel analizler için IBM SPSS Statistics 22 programı kullanıldı. Parametrelerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro Wilks testi ile değerlendirilmiş ve parametrelerin normal dağılıma uygun olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışma verileri değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metodların yanısıra niceliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Student t test kullanıldı. Niteliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında ise ki-kare testi kullanıldı. Anlamlılık p<0.05 düzeyinde değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Kolonoskopi incelemesinde 84 hastada kolonoskopi bulgusu normal iken, 94 hastada hemoroid, 38 hastada polip, 24 hastada divertikül, 22 hastada anal fissür, 17 hastada ülseratif kolit, 5 hastada tümör, 2 hastada anal fistül ve 1 kişide kanser saptanmıştır. Olguların hiçbirinde Crohn hastalığı saptanmamıştır. Sonuç: Kolonoskopi kolondaki benign veya malign hastalıkların araştırılmasında biyopsi ile birlikte oldukça etkili ve güvenilir bir yöntemdir. en_US
dc.description.abstractAim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the findings of 251 colonoscopy examinations performed with the indications of hematochezia, constipation, distension, weight loss and abdominal pain. Materials and Methods: Our study included 251 patients who underwent a colonoscopic examination in a private surgical diagnostic center in Istanbul, Fatih between January 2016 and January 2017. Colonoscopic examinations carried out with GIF-xQ30 olympus device were performed with the indications of hematochezia, constipation, distension, constipation, weight loss, abdominal pain and anemia of unknown origin. Findings were evaluated retrospectively by the evaluation of the patient records according to their ages and gender. IBM SPSS statistics 22 for Windows program was used. Descriptive statistics were expressed with number and percentage for categorical variables. Difference between groups in categorical variables was evaluated with chi-square test. Alpha significance level was set at p<0,05. Results: The colonoscopic examination of the patients showed that 84 patients had normal colonoscopy findings, 94 patients had hemorrhoids, 38 patients had polyps, 24 patients had diverticulums, 22 patients had anal fissures, 17 patients had ulcerative colitis, 5 patients had tumors, 2 patients had anal fistules and 1 patient had cancer. Crohn disease was not detected in any of the cases. Conclusion: Colonoscopy is a very efficient and safe method for the evalution of the benign and malignant diseases of the colon.en_US
