Özet

When talking about e-commerce business models we have to consider about some definitions like business model, business plan and e-commerce business plan. Business model is set of planned activities designed to result in a profit in a marketplace. Business plan describes a firm's business model. And e-commerce business model uses or leverages unique qualities of lnternet and Web. When examining business model, we figure out that there are eight key elements of business model. These are "value proposition", "revenue model", "market opportunity", "'competitive environment", "competitive advantage", "market strategy", "organizational development", "management team"...
