In this latter, we present two case of earlobe keloids and a combined approach to their treatment. The external ear is the most prone anatomic site to unfavorable wound responses, such as keloids. Keloid formation is not uncommon after earlobe piercing and otoplasty. Keloids are characterized by excessive collogen deposition, and at present, a reason for this excess deposition remains obscure.en_US
