Abstract
Bu çalışma öğretim elemanlarının eğitimde etkileşimli öğretim sürecine yaklaşımları ve bu süreçteki tutum düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Maltepe Üniversitesinde çevrimiçi ders veren 21 öğretim elemanından oluşmaktadır. Bu araştırma, eğitmenlerin küresel salgın sırasında uzaktan eğitimi uygulamada karşılaştıkları zorluklara odaklanmaktadır. Birçok nitel araştırma türünden biri olan derinlemesine görüşme yaklaşımı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş, içerik analizi ile yorumlanmıştır. Çalışma, öğretim elemanlarının eğitimleri süresince problem çözmede hangi araç ve yöntemleri kullandıklarını belirlemeyi ve öğrencilerin etkili ve doğru bir şekilde öğrenmelerine yardımcı olmak için ne tür ders içeriği sağladıklarını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Maltepe Üniversitesi çevrimiçi eğitim veren uzman, bu alanda kendini geliştiren ve uzaktan eğitimi destekleyen bir kurumdur. Bu araştırmada 2020-2021 güz döneminde öğretme-öğrenme süreçlerinin etkililiğinin değerlendirmesi, çevrimiçi eğitim uygulamalarında ne kadar verimli olduğunun bilimsel çalışma sonunda ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilecek sonuçların çevrimiçi ders müfredatlarının geliştirilmesine katkı sağlayacağı ve çevrimiçi derslere daha etkili örnekler sunacağı umulmaktadır.
This study was carried out to determine the interactive education and training strategies of Universıty academic staff and their attitudes in this process. The research environment consists of 21 instructors of Maltepe University. This study aims to understand what kind of challenges the Universıty academic staff faced with the distant education process during the pandemic period, and what methods and techniques they developed to overcome these challenges, and what kind of education content they prepared for a successful academic course. In the study, an in-depth interview approach, which is one of the qualitative research types, was designed. Maltepe University, as an expert institution in distance education, is a university that invests and supports distant and online education. In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching-learning processes in the fall term of 2020-2021 and to scientifically reveal how efficient online education practices are. According to the results to be obtained from this study, it is hoped that it will contribute to the core of the curriculum and provide more effective examples to the lessons. The results to be obtained from this study will contribute to the improvements of the online Academic course contents and provide more effective options to the face-to-face sessions.
