Özet
Bir mafya dizisi olarak sunulan Kurtlar Vadisi televizyon dizisinin içerisinde yer alan erkek karakterlerinin kimliklerinin oluşturulması ve sunulması ile ilgili yapılan bu tez çalışmasında konu temanın akışı içerisinde ele alınarak çözümlenmiştir. Televizyon dizilerinin toplumu etkileyen birer popüler kültür ürünü olarak kabul edilebildiklerinden dolayı medyanın erkek karakter kimliklerini sunmada erkek-egemen dünyaya hitap eden karakter kimlikleri inşa ettiği, bunu yaparken inşa ettiği kadın karakterlerini de bu amaca yönelik endişeler ile ele aldığı sonucuna varılabilmiştir.
In this thesis work, the build up and the presentation of identifications of male characters in the Kurtlar Vadisi as a mafia serial is held and analyzed within the flow of serial theme. It could be concluded that media presents male characters identities that refers to male-dominant society by characters builds up in accordance to this purpose since television serials are popular culture works those could influence society. It is also concluded that media, in doing this, builds up female characters with the parallel concerns to build of those male characters.
