In this paper, a new variant of the vehicle routing and scheduling problem is studied. Vehicle Routing Problem was first introduced by Dantzig and Ramser in 1959 in the paper ´´Truck Dispatching Problem´´. Th ebasic problem was developed with the new varients during the last few decades. Based on the needs of the operations of a logistics company, we introduced a new problem in which the working hours of drivers and the possibility of using outsources are considered...
