| dc.description.abstract | Motivasyon, çalışanların işletme hedeflerine odaklanmasını sağlayan ve istenen performansı elde etmede etkili içsel bir uyarıcı, öncelikle de insanların içinde gerçeklesen psikolojik bir olgu olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışanlarını örgüt içi ve dışı fizyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyal ihtiyaçları ile anlayan ve yorumlayabilen işletme yönetimi, çalışanların verimliliklerinden azami seviyede faydalanma yollarını da bulabilecektir. Çalışanların fikir ve gönüllerine uygun olmayan, onların fikirlerini dikkate almayan bir yönetim süreci başarılı olmayacaktır. Bu çalışmada, Motivasyonun işletmeler için önemi, motivasyon konusunda başarılı olmak için onunla ilgili kavramları çok iyi bilmek, ekip çalışanları içerisinde motivasyonun alt yapısını oluşturmak için neler yapılması gerektiği ele alınmıştır. İşletmelerde motivasyon uygulamalarının nedenleri, ekip üretkenliğini ve verimliliği arttırmaya yönelik çabalarının çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Bunların yanında işletmelerde motivasyon sistemi, araçları ve yardımcı ögeler konuları açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın son bölümü olan uygulama bölümünde ise ankete dayalı bir araştırma yer almaktadır. Bu araştırma sonucu elde edilen bilgilerin değerlendirilmesi ile ekip çalışanlarının motivasyonunu etkileyen faktör düzeyleri tespit edilerek, ekibin motivasyonunu ve verimliliğini artırmak için öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Motivation comes out as an effective inner stimulus which allows employees to concentrate on management goal and get required performance; first of all it also comes out as a psychological fact of the human inside. If business management understands and interprets physiological, psychological and social needs of its employees, it will also be able to find the ways to take advantage of maximum employee efficiency. A management process which is not suitable for thoughts and feelings of its employees, not taking notice of sincere contribution of them will not be successful. The aim of this research is to explain the importance of motivation for businesses, how businesses can be successful about motivation, how they can know the terms of motivation well and what they should do for provide background of motivation. Reason for motivation practices in businesses has been reviewed as part of efforts to increase team productivity and efficiency. Besides motivation system, instruments and auxiliary items of businesses have been explained. There is a research based on survey in the last practice section of this study. By determining the level of factor affecting team employees’ motivation as a result of this research evaluation, suggestions for increase in employees’ motivation and efficiency has been presented. | en_US |
