Özet
Ever since the introduction of the term Common Heritage of Mankind, there has been a debate over application of the term in law and in reality. The law governs several resources such as outer space, marine life and the Antarctic space, However it has been most strongly applied to deep sea-bed where it actually began from. The debate in deep sea-bed has been on not only the protection of the cultural heritage but also projection of the marine life but also the natural resources such as minerals. The law of common heritage of mankind in fact governs the sea-bed beyond national jurisdiction however there are several issues on that topic as well. We shall discuss historical amendments to international laws and conventions regarding the deep sea-bed laws...
