dc.description.abstract2011 Arap Baharı ile üllkemizde meydana gelen mültecilik akını, ilerleyen yıllarda daha da önlenebilmesi güç bir hale gelmiştir. Başlarda misafirperverlik adı altında başlayan göç kabul etme süreci sonraki dönemlerde sığınılan ülkedeki yerel toplumda iç huzursuzluğa sebebiyet vermiş ve çatışmalar meydana gelmiştir. Cumhurbaşkanı, bireysel başvuru yapamayan sığınmacıların haklarının korunmasına yönelik bir yönetmelik hazırlayarak Resmi Gazete’de yayımladı. Artık Geçici Koruma Yönetmeliği altındaki Suriyeli sığınmacılar ifadesiyle nitelendirilmektedirler. Bu tezin amacı; geçici koruma altındaki Suriyeli kadın ve çocukların göç sürecinde sınırda ve sınır ötesi varış ülkesinde yaşadıkları gelişmelerdir. Türkiye’deki fiziki ve ruhsal durumlarına değinilmiştir. Geçici koruma altındaki kadın ve çocukların yaşadığı toplumun görmezden geldiklerini gün yüzüne çıkarmak önem taşımaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThe refugee influx into our country which began with the Arab Spring in 2011, has become increasingly difficult to manage in the following years. Initially, welcomed under the guise of hospitality, the process of accepting migrants has later led to internal unrest and conflicts within the local communities of the host country. The president has prepared and published a regulation to the safeguard the rights of asylum seekers who cannot apply individually in Official Journal. These individuals are now referred to as Syrian asylum seekers under Temporary Protection Regulation. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the developments experienced by Syrian women and children under temporary protection during the migration process, both at the border and in the destination country across the border. The physical and psychological conditions in Turkey are also addressed. It is important to bring to light the aspects ignored by the society in which these women and children live under temporary protection.
