Özet
We present a case of a 55-year-old woman with lower eyelid lymphedema bilaterally. She sustained a penetrating midface injury, a nasoethmodial fracture, and a Le Fort maxillary fracture in a traffic accident. Internal fixation of the fractures was performed with plate and screws, and screws, and-tissue injury was sutured in two layers. She had been treated by neurosurgeons because of rhinorrea, which ceased spontaneously after 3 days. In the postoperative period. swelling of the lower eyelids did not disappear and lymphatic accumulation persisted. Three months after the injury, scar revision was performed.
