dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Güney Asya bölgesindeki hukuksal çözüm sistemlerinin gelişen değişimi üzerinde odaklanacaktır, Bu değişim, diğerlerinin yanında tahkim, müzakere, arabuluculuk, uzlaştırma, anlaşmazlık inceleme kurulları ve uzman tespitini içeren "Alternatif Uyuşmazlık Mekanizmaları"na doğru giderek büyüyen bir tercih yolu açmıştır. Bu çalışmanın altında yatan tema, objektif bir değerlendirme kapsamında hangi alternatif uyuşmazlık mekanizmasının yaygın uyuşmazlık çözüm sürecinin parçası olabileceğine ve ülkelerin ulusal sınırları içinde uluslararası uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde yeni yolların gelişmesine nasıl uyum sağlayabileceğine ilişkindir.en_US
