Vakaların klinik yelpazesi geniş olup, hafif şiddette olabileceği gibi mortal de seyredebilmektedir. Biz intihar amaçlı venlafaksin aşırı dozda kullanımına bağlı, nöbet ve rabdomiyoliz ile seyreden serotomn sendromu vakasını sunuyoruz. | |
