Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı danışanların terapötik ittifak algısı ile danışanların terapi motivasyonu arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmektir. Araştırmaya, İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir şehirlerinde psikolojik destek alan 105 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada Demografik & Klinik Bilgi Formu, Terapötik İttifakın Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği Hasta Formu (WAI-C), Danışanlar İçin Terapi Motivasyonu Ölçeği (DİTMÖ) kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arası ilişkiler Pearson Korelasyon testi ile analiz edildi. Karşılaştırılmalarda Bağımsız Örneklemler T-Testi ve Mann Whitney U kullanıldı. Terapötik ittifakın terapi motivasyonu değişkeni üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla basit doğrusal regresyon analizi yapıldı. Analiz sonuçlarına göre danışanın terapiye yönelik içsel motivasyonu ile terapötik ititfak ve görevler alt boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulundu (p<0.050). Benzer şekilde amaç alt boyutu ile özdeşleşmiş düzenleme alt boyutunun pozitif yönde korele olduğu görüldü (p<0.001). Bahsi geçen ilişkide cinsiyet haricindeki sosyodemografik ve klinik verilerin herhangi bir istatistiki anlama sahip olmadığı bulundu (p>0.050). Çalışmanın sonuçları, algılanan terapötik ittifak ile terapi motivasyonu arasında ilişki olduğunu gösterdi.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the therapeutic alliance perception of the clients and the therapy motivation of the clients. 105 people who received psychological support in the cities of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir participated in the study. Demographic & Clinical Information Form, Therapeutic Alliance Evaluation Scale Patient Form (WAI-C), Therapy Motivation Scale for Clients were used in the study. Relationships between variables were analyzed by Pearson Correlation test. Independent Samples T-Test and Mann Whitney U were used for comparisons. Simple linear regression analysis was performed to examine the effect of the therapeutic alliance on the therapy motivation variable. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the client's intrinsic motivation for therapy and the therapeutic subscribers and duties (p <0.050). Similarly, the regulation subscale associated with the goal sub-dimension was positively correlated (p <0.001). It was found that socio-demographic and clinical data except gender did not have any statistical significance in the mentioned relationship (p> 0.050). The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between perceived therapeutic alliance and therapy motivation.
