Özet
2011 yılından itibaren ülkelerinde meydana gelen iç çatışmalar nedeniyle, önceleri kamplara daha sonra ülkelerindeki iç çatışmaların artması nedeniyle büyükşehirlere göç etmek zorunda kalan Suriyelilerin ev sahibi toplumla etkileşime geçmesi sonucunda meydana gelen ve göçmenler açısından statü, işsizlik, dil bilmeme, eğitim, toplumsal kabul, kültürel entegrasyon ve ev sahibi toplum açsından ekonomik, güvenlik kaygıları ve kültürel uyum temelinde ifade edilen sorunların toplumsal entegrasyon kuramının alt kavramlarını ifade eden yapısal, kültürel, etkileşimsel ve kimlik kavramları temelinde incelenmesi amacıyla, niteliksel araştırma kapsamında, gözlem, katılımcı gözlem ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu yardımıyla 24 Suriyeli göçmenle derinlemesine görüşmeler ayrıca Suriyeli göçmenlerin entegrasyon süreçlerinin ev sahibi toplum tarafından ne şekilde algılandığını görmek amacıyla da yerli halktan 10 kişiyle enformel sohbet tarzı görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, yapısal, kültürel, etkileşimsel entegrasyon süreçleri zayıf seyreden Suriyelilerde, Sultanbeyli ilçesinin belirli alanlarına yoğunlaşmaları nedeniyle, mekânsal ayrım, kültürel ve etnik koloni şeklinde olmak üzere üç segmentasyon türü tespit edilmiştir. Suriyelilerin oluşturduğu segmentlerin dışında yaşayan, hem ev sahibi toplumla hem göçmenlerin oluşturduğu yapılarla etkileşime geçebilen Suriyeli göçmenlerde ise ikili entegrasyon tespit edilmiştir. Segmentasyon özellikleri gösteren göçmenlerin sorunlarının çözülmemesi durumunda entegrasyon temelindeki sorunların derinleşeceği, ikili entegrasyon özelliklerine sahip göçmenlerle ilgili sorunların ise ikinci nesilden itibaren azalacağı düşünülmektedir.
In order to study the problems in scope of the structural, cultural, interactive and identity concepts that express the sub-concepts of the social integration theory, which were caused by the interaction of the host society with the Syrians who had to immigrate to the camps and then to the metropolises as the result of the increasing internal conflict within their country that had firstly begun as of 2011 year, which are expressed by the host society in terms of economic, safety worries and acculturation, and which are expressed by the immigrants in terms of the status, unemployment, lack of language, education, social acceptance, cultural integration; a qualitative study was made by carrying out in-depth interview with 24 Syrian immigrants with the help of the observation, participant observation and semi-structured interview form, in addition to the interviews with 10 local people (informal conversation) to observe how the Syrian immigrants' integration processes are perceived by the host society. Three segmentation types (spatial differentiation, cultural and ethnic colony) were determined as the result of the study on the Syrians whose structural, cultural and interactive integration processes are progressing weakly, and who live densely in specific areas of Sultanbeyli district. Double integration was determined in scope of the Syrian immigrants who live outside the segments created by the Syrians, and who can interact both with the host society and the structures created by the immigrants. It is thought the problems at the foundations of the integration are going to deepen if the problems of the immigrants, who show segmentation properties, cannot be solved; and the problems regarding the immigrants who show double integration properties are going to diminish as of the second generation.
