dc.description.abstractFundamental, global rights were provided to children in 1990 by Convention on the Rights of the Child. They are protected wherwer they live. Still there are some universal problems about them like child workers and marriages because of violations of these right. Child's define is "Every human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier, according to Article 1 of the convention.en_US
dc.description.abstractÇocuk hakları sözleşmesiyle 1990 yılında çocuklara temel ve evrensel haklar sağlanmıştır. Böylelikle çocuklar nerede yaşarlarsa yaşasın korunurlar. Halen, bu hakların ihlallerinden dolayı çocuk işçiliği ve evliliği gibi bazı evrensel sorunIar mevcuttur. Sözleşmenin birinci maddesine göre çocuğa uygulanabilecek kanuna göre daha erken yaşta reşit olma durumu hariç, on sekiz yaşına kadar her insan çocuk olarak tanımlanır. Sözleşme dünyanın her yerindeki çocuklara refah sağlamayı amaçlar.en_US
