Urethral repair as a result of hypospadias and urethral sticture is not free of complications. Complication rate depends mainly on the procedure performed and the experience of the surgeon. The most common complication after urethroplasty is the formation of urethral fistula up to the incidence of approximately 30 percent.en_US
