Özet
Özellikle üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren isletmeler için üretim süreci, oldukça önemli bir süreçtir. Bir isletmenin pazarda rekabet avantajı saglaması ve rakiplerini geride bırakmasında, üretiminin etkinligi ve is akıslarını kontrol edebilme gücü önemli rol oynamaktadır. Malzeme planlama ve stok yönetim sistemi, isletmenin üretim etkinligini arttırma, is akıslarını kontrol etme ve mevcut durumunu görebilmeleri için önemli bir konudur. Stok yönetim ve kontrol sistemleri, stok hareketlerinin çesitliligine baglı olarak tutarlılıgın saglanması ve hata oranının en aza indirilmesi gerekli olan sistemlerdir. Dolayısıyla isletmelerin yeni teknolojilerden ve bilgi sistemlerinden faydalanmaları kaçınılmazdır. Günümüzde isletmeler, gelisen teknolojiler içinde, hızlı ve dogru veri toplamaya olanak saglayan ucuz ve etkin sistem olan barkod teknolojisini tercih etmektedirler. Bu çalısmada da tekstil sektöründe üretim yapan bir isletmenin magazalarındaki stok hareketlerinin arastırılması ve barkod teknolojisinin magaza stok yönetiminde etkin bir sekilde nasıl kullanılması gerektigine iliskin bir çözüm önerisi sunulmaktadır. Arastırmanın temel amacı; isletmenin magazalarındaki stok kontrol mekanizmasını incelemek, eksikliklerini ortaya koymak ve magaza stok sayımlarının, barkod teknolojisi kullanılarak renk,beden ve model detayında, hatasız, eksiksiz ve hızlı bir sekilderaporlanabilen etkili bir stok sayım sistemi kurmaktır. Çalısma bes bölümden olusmaktadır. Birinci bölüm girise ayrılmıs, arastırmanın çözümlemeye çalıstıgı sorun ortaya konulmustur. zlenilen yöntemden söz edilmistir. İkinci bölümünde; üretilen ürünün, fabrikadan müsteriye kadar tüm hareketlerini kapsayan lojistik kavramı ele alınmıstır. Ardından lojistigin ana kollarından dagıtım ve depolama kavramı, tedarik zinciri ve yönetimi konuları arastırılmıstır. Üçüncü bölümde, stok kavramı ele alınarak stokların sınıflandırılması, isletmelerin stok bulundurma nedenleri, stok maliyetleri ve stok kontrolünde kullanılan yöntemler incelenmistir. Dördüncü bölümde ise stok hareketi ile ilgili her sistemde kullanılan barkod teknolojisi detaylı olarak incelenmistir. Barkod teknolojisi gerekliligi, sagladıgı yararlar ve en çok kullanılan barkod tipleri ele alınmıstır. Besinci ve son bölümde ise isletmenin stok kontrol mekanizması incelenerek, magaza stok sayım sistemindeki eksiklikleri ortaya konulmus ve barkod teknolojisinin kullanıldıgı yeni bir sistem önerilmistir.
The production phase of companies is especially important for those who are in the production sector. The productivity and the ability to control the flow of business play an important role in providing a competitive advantage for a higher market share and enabling to out-perform their rivals. Inventory planning and stock management system are vitals elements for the ability to control the flow of business and to foresee the near future business projections. Stock management and control systems are mechanisms that are necessary to enable the consistency of the stock movements by their variety and to minimize the margin of error. Thus, it is imperative for the companies to benefit from new technologies and information systems. In today's business world, companies prefer to use a cheap and effective technology which is the barcode technology in order to collect data rapidly and accurately. In this study, we provide a solution method as to how the barcode technology in the textile sector could be used and how it could be utilized to ascertain the stock movements and for effective store stock management. The main purpose of the study is to ascertain the stock control mechanism at company stores, to point out its deficiency, and to establish a stock calculation system that is easily, rapidly and accurately reportable at the color, size and model detail using a barcodetechnology. The study consists of five parts. In part one, an introduction is given together with laying out the solution attempted for the problem and the method to be used for this is discussed. In part two, the logistics of the product from factory to the retail store is discussed. Then the main aspects of logistics, storage, delivery, supply chain and management are considered. In part three, the concept of stock is discussed together with categorization of stocks, reasons for managements to hold on to stocks, cost of stocks, and methods used in stock control. In part four, the barcode technology that is used for every system as to stock movements is discussed in detail. The necessity of the barcode technology, the benefits it provides, and the most used barcode types are considered. In part five, the deficiencies in the stock calculation system is laid out by reviewing a stock control mechanism of a company and a new system utilizing a barcode technology is offered.
