dc.description.abstractEndobronşiyal tüberküloz, trakeobronşiya lağacın mycobacterium tuberculosis ile olan histopatolojik olarak tanımlanmış infeksiyonudur. Erişkinlerde sıklıkla parankimal ve kaviter hastalığın endobronşiyal yayılımı ile ortaya çıkar. Klinik, radyolojik ve bronkoskopik bulguları nonspesifiktir ve birçok akciğer hastalığı ilekarışabilir. Endobronşiyal tüberkülozun ayırıcı tanısında akciğer kanserien önemli hastalıktır. Tümöral görünümlü endobronşiyal tüberküloz, hemtoraks bt görünümü hem de bronkoskopik bulguları ile akciğer kanserine benzer. Bu makalede de maligniteön tanısıyla tetkik edilirken endobronşiyal tüberküloz olduğu saptanan bir olgu sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractObronchial tuberculosis is defined as tuberculosis infection of the tracheobronchial tree with microbial and histopathological evidence. It is usually due to endobronchial involvement of parenchymal and cavitary disease in adults. The clinical, radiological and bronchoscopic presentation of endobronchial tuberculosis is nonspesific and it can easily be confused with common pulmonary disorders. Carcinoma of the lung is an important disease in differential diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis. Its endobronchial tumoral apperence and thorax ct findings are similar with lung cancer. We report a patient with endobronchial tuberculosis who presented difficulties in diagnosis and management .en_US
