dc.description.abstract2019 yılının sonlarında ortaya çıkan Covid-19 salgınının, dünyanın her yerinde sağlık, sosyal, ekonomik olmak üzere hayatın her alanında birçok etkileri görülmüştür. Bu salgından en çok etkilenen alanlardan biri de kuşkusuz eğitim olmuştur. Tüm dünya genelinde olduğu gibi, salgın nedeniyle, Türkiye’de de tüm öğretim kademelerinde yüz yüze eğitime ara verilmiş ve tüm öğrenciler için uzaktan eğitim olanakları kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 salgını sebebiyle tüm eğitim kademelerinde uzaktan eğitime geçilmesiyle devlet ortaokulları ve imam hatip ortaokulları yöneticilerinin karşılaştıkları sorunların incelenmesi ve gelecek uygulamalar için önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırma betimsel tarama modelinde, araştırmacının kendisinin hazırlamış olduğu 5’li likert ölçeği düzeninde bir anketin uygulanması şeklinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul yöneticileri görüşlerine göre, uzaktan eğitim sisteminin altyapı, tasarım, erişim, güvenlik, içerik, uygulama, kalite, mevzuat ve pedagojik açıdan güçlendirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi gerektiği görülmüştür. İki eğitim şeklinin avantajlarından yararlanılarak bütünleştirilmesinin sorunlara çözüm olabileceği öngörülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Covid-19 epidemic, which emerged at the end of 2019, has had many effects in all areas of life, including health, social and economic, all over the world. One of the areas most affected by this epidemic has undoubtedly been education. As in the whole world, due to the epidemic, face-to-face education has been suspended at all education levels in Turkey and distance education opportunities have begun to be used for all students. The purpose of this research is to examine the problems faced by the administrators of public secondary schools and imam hatip secondary schools due to the transition to distance education at all education levels due to the Covid-19 epidemic and to make suggestions for future applications. In the descriptive survey model, the research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a 5-point Likert scale prepared by the researcher herself. As a result of the research, according to the opinions of school administrators, it was seen that the distance education system should be strengthened and developed in terms of infrastructure, design, access, security, content, implementation, quality, legislation and pedagogy. It is foreseen that the integration of the two education types by taking advantage of the advantages can be a solution to the problems.en_US
