Özet
The given functions ? ? R 1 , f ? R nare supposed to be continuous by the collection of arguments and have continuous second derivatives with respect to x and x, y; c ? R n×1 ; A, B, h(t) ? R n×n are given matrices, V ? R r is an open set. Firs constructive sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of the solution for boundary problem (2)-(3) are found. The formula of second order increment of functional (1) is calculated. The necessary condition of optimality for singular controls in classic sense is obtained in optimal control problem (1)-(4) on the basis of control variation.
