Özet
Bu tez internet ve Web 2.0'ın sosyalleşmeye etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İlk olarak üniversitelerde yaygınlaşan, daha sonra işyerleri ve evlere giren internet, dünyanın birçok ülkesinde olduğu gibi Türkiye'de de genç nüfus tarafından yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle internet, toplum ve sosyalleşme konusu üzerinde araştırmaların gerçekleştirilerek etkilenme düzeylerinin belirlenmesi gerekir. Çalışmada ana değerlendirme; teknolojik gelişmeler ile ortaya çıkan internet ve Web 2.0 kavramlarının sosyalleşmeye etkileri ve sanal sosyalleşme kavramının ortaya çıkmasına yöneliktir. İnternetin sosyalleşme üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek amacıyla, son dönemin en önemli sosyalleşme yeri olan Facebook internet sitesi seçilmiş, İstanbul'da üniversite öğrencileri arasında Facebook üzerine bir anket çalışması düzenlenmiş ve oluşan sonuçlar incelenmiştir.
The purpose of this dissertation is to research the effects of the internet and Web 2.0 on the socialization. First, the internet was used at the universities ,then people who live at home and work in the office started to use the internet which is used by young population in Turkey as in many countries of the world. Therefore, researches should be done about internet, society and socialization to determine the level of the influences. The survey was done about Facebook to abstract the effects of the internet on the socialization amoung the university students in Istanbul and the results was analysed. In this studys main evaluation; internet and Web 2.0 concepts affect towards socialization and imaginary socialization concept.
