dc.description.abstractThe aim of this paper is to present how the rapid advancement of current technologies combined with the inclination of states to increase security through any means necessary can pose a real threat to the basic human right to privary. This analysis can prove useful as the advancement of surveillance technolory is imminent and an unprepared state can misuse this to the disadvantage of the citizen.en_US
dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, hızla gelişen teknoloji ve devletlerin güvenIik artırma eğilimlerinin insan haklarına ve gizliliğe nasıl tehdit oluşturabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu analizin amacı yakın tarihte, gelişmesi muhtemel izleme teknolojilerinin devletler tarafından nasıl kötüye kullanılabileceğini ispatlamak olacaktır. Bununla beraber, devletin, vatandaşların güvenliğini tesis etmek için attığı adımların, onların özel hayat hakkına halel getirmeden sağlayabilmesi için bir "orta yol" bulmayı amaçlıyoruz.en_US
