dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, 2014 yılından itibaren olumlu yönde gelişen Türkiye-Katar ticaretinde, yapılan anlaşma, protokol ve mutabakatların ne gibi etkiler gösterdiğini incelemek aynı zamanda ticarete konu olan ürünlerin örnekleme yöntemleri kullanılarak seçimini yapılmasını sağlamak ve analizlerinin yapılarak, çıkan verilerin sonucuna göre, 2017 Katar krizinin, Türkiye ekonomisini, dış ticaret verilerini ve taşımacılık yöntemlerini nasıl etkilediğini araştırılıp, en uygun üretim ve taşımacılık bandının oluşturulmasını sağlamaktır. Birinci aşamada; geçmişten günümüze kadar Türkiye-Katar arasında yapılan tüm anlaşma,protokol ve mutabakatların incelenerek, anlaşmaların yapıldığı yıllar dış ticaret hacmindeki ve GSMH değişiklikler irdelenip, Türkiye-Katar ilişkilerinin olumlu/olumsuz etkileri ortaya koyulacaktır. İkinci aşamada; örnekleme seçilen ihracat ve ithalat ürünleri, regresyon analizine göre analiz edilecek ve 2017 verisinin eklenmesiyle tahmin eğrisi ile reel değer arasındaki farklılık incelenecek olup, 2017 Katar krizinin, dönemsel faktör olarak dış ticaret hacmine olumlu/olumsuz etkilerinin neler olduğu ortaya çıkarılacaktır. Üçüncü aşamada ise, belirlenen örnek üzerinden mevcut taşımacılık yöntemleri ile alternatif belirlenen yöntemler kıyaslanarak, 2017 Katar krizi ve bölgesel durumlara göre yorumlanacak ve en uygun yöntem ve rotaların belirlenmesi sağlanacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study since 2014 in a positive way in developing Turkey-Qatar trade, the agreements, protocols and agreement of the show is to examine what influences like. According to the results of the data, the Qatar 2017 crisis, Turkey's economy, foreign trade data is researched and how it affects transportation methods, is to facilitate the creation of optimal production and transportation band. Data of the years of the agreement signed between Turkey and Qatar will be compared with Turkey's foreign trade volume and GDP data. the data on the results of the crisis, Qatar, Turkey as seasonal factors for 2017 the volume of foreign trade positive / negative impact of what has happened will be revealed. In the second step; sampling of exports and imports of selected products will be analyzed by regression analysis. 2017 data is being added. It will be examined with the estimated curve difference between the real value. Qatar crisis of 2017, the foreign trade volume of positive / negative impact of what has happened will be revealed. In the third phase will be compared with alternative methods of determining the available transport methods on the sample determined. Alternate Lines, 2017 Qatar will be reviewed by the crisis and the regional situation and determine the most appropriate methods and routes will be provided.en_US
