Özet
Bu tezde ilköğretim düzeyindeki öğrencilere verilen din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi dersinin sosyalizasyona etkisi, aile görüşleri çerçevesinde irdelenip değerlendirilmiştir. 4, 5, 6, 7 ve 8. sınıflarda zorunlu ders olarak hafta da 2 saat okutulmakta olan din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi dersi, sosyalizasyonun temel taşları olan din, ahlak ve kültür kavramlarını isminde geçirmesi özelliği ile dikkat çekmektedir. Ders, bu özelliği dikkate alınarak sosyalizasyon kavramı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmanın verileri niteliksel araştırma tekniği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. İlköğretim düzeyinde çocuğu olan anneler ile derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. 10 devlet, 10 özel okul velisi olmak üzere toplamda 20 veli ile görüşülmüştür. Araştırmada; toplumu kuşatıcı, hoşgörülü, evrensel değerlere sahip bireyler yetiştirmek ve din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi dersinin zorunluluğu göz önünde bulundurulduğunda yaşanılan çıkmazları ortadan kaldırmak adına önerilerde bulunabilmek için ailelerin fikirleri değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler ailelerin din faktörüne bakışı, çocukların dini ve ahlaki gelişimleri sürecinde ailelerin rolü, dersin varlığı ve zorunlu oluşu, dersin içeriği, dersin sosyalizasyona etkisi, dersten beklentiler isimli ana başlıklar altında açıklanmıştır.
In this thesis, the impact of religion and ethics lecture, taught in the primary schools on socialization, is examined and evaluated within the framework of family opinions. The lecture of religion and ethics, which is taught for 2 hours in a week as a compulsory course in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades, takes attention with the characteristic of passing the concepts of religion, morality and culture in the name of the lecture itself, which are the basic stones of socialization. The lecture is evaluated with the concept of socialization taking into account this characteristic. The data of the research were obtained using qualitative research technique. In-depth interviews held with mothers with children at primary school level who had more time with their children and had the opportunity to observe their children better. A total of 20 parents from 10 state and from 10 private schools were interviewed. In the study, their families' opinions have been assessed in order to educate individuals with encompassing, tolerant and universal values and to be able to make suggestions in order to remove the dilemmas that have taken place when the obligation of education of religion and ethics lecture has been taken into consideration. The data getting from the research are analyzed under the main titles of families’ views on religious concept, the role of parents in the religious and moral development of children, the existence and obligation of the lecture, the content of the lecture, and the impact of the lecture on socialization.
