Abstract
ln this study evaulation of ODR through the rules established by authorities such as UNCITRAL will be examined. Pros and cros of these new method in the alternative dispute resolution area will be analyzed and simplified in samples (case examination) adressed to this method.
Bu çalışmada Uncitral gibi otoriteler tarafından oluşturulan kurallar çerçevesinde online anlaşmazlık çözümü ve gelişimi incelenecektir. Bu yeni yöntemin alternatif anlaşmazlık çözümü alanına getirdiği artılar ve eksiler incelenecek, bu metodun kullanımına yönelik örneklemlerle basitleştirilecektir.
