dc.description.abstractGünümüzde rekabetin inanılmaz bir şekilde artması sonucunda, firmaların ayakta kalabilmesi gittikçe daha da güç bir hal almaktadır. Müşterilerin beklentilerine ancak en doğru şekilde cevap verebilen şirketler, gelecekte varlıklarını sürdürebileceklerdir. Müşterilerin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda en kaliteli ürünü en uygun fiyattan piyasaya sunabilmek, günümüz şirketlerinin temel hedeflerinden biridir. İşte tam da bu noktada Altı Sigma yaklaşımı, şirketlerin deneyebilecekleri en etkin yöntemlerden biridir. Altı Sigma yaklaşımı, müşteri odaklı bir yöntemdir ve müşterinin temel gereksinimlerini önemsemeyi sorunun çözümü için başlangıç saymaktadır. Altı Sigma yaklaşımının reel sektör için önemi çok büyüktür. Asıl amacı üretimdeki kusurları minimuma indirebilmek, ürün kalitesini yükseltmek ve üretim süreçlerinde iyileştirmeler yapmak olan firmalar için Altı Sigma yaklaşımı çok cazip bir yöntemdir. Bu tez çalışmasında Altı Sigma yaklaşımı kullanılarak, otomotiv sektörüne üretim yapan bir firma için V227 kodlu taşıt parçasının sistemdeki tahliyesinin kontrol süreci üzerinde birtakım iyileştirmeler yapılmıştır. Sürece yapılan iyileştirmeler sonrasında, kontrol sürelerinde hangi oranlarda azalmalar olduğu araştırılmıştır. Kontrol sürecine Altı Sigma yaklaşımı kullanılarak gerekli iyileştirmeler yapıldıktan sonra; firmanın zaman, işgücü ve para yönünden hangi oranlarda kazanımlar sağlayacağı istatistiksel verilerle desteklenerek anlatılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, as a result of the increase in competition in an amazing way, the survival of companies are becoming more and more difficult. Companies which meet the expectations of customers, in a right way, would maintain in business in the future. According to the needs of customers provide the best quality product at the best price on the market, is one of the main objectives of today's companies. That is precisely at this point, the Six Sigma approach, companies can try one of the most effective methods. Six Sigma approach is a method of customer-focused problem-solving, and the initial counts to heed the requirements of the customer base. Six Sigma approach is of great importance to the corporate sector. The main aim of minimizing their defects in production, improving product quality and production processes to make improvements in a very attractive way for companies Six Sigma approach. In this study, using the Six Sigma approach, a company engaged in the production for the automotive industry control process of the drain system for vehicle with V227-coded number has been improved. After the improvements have been made, the reductions in the control periods at which rates have been researched. After the necessary improvements in the control process using the Six Sigma approach have been made; the gains in terms of firm's time, labor and money at which ratios have been explained by providing the statistical data.en_US
