Özet
Bu çalışma, ilk olarak işletmelerde yönetim bilişim sistemleri (YBS) ve dijitalleşmenin önemini incelemekte ve işletmelerin dijital dönüşüm sürecinde YBS stratejilerini nasıl kullanabileceklerini araştırmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünün temel amacı, işletmelerin YBS kullanımının dijitalleşme sürecine olan etkisini ortaya koymaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise, kurumsal kaynak planlaması (ERP) sistemlerini ve tarihçesini ele almaktadır. Bu bölümde, ürün ağaçları, malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması, ana üretim çizelgesi, kapasite ihtiyaç planlaması, üretim kaynakları planlaması, dağıtım kaynakları planlaması gibi ERP sistemlerinin evrimi incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, ERP'nin modüler yapısı ve farklı modüllerinin işletme süreçlerine nasıl entegre edildiği açıklanmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, kurumsal kaynak planlamasının işletme açısından önemi ve uygulama süreci üzerinde durulmaktadır. Şirketleri kurumsal kaynak planlaması sistemini kullanmaya yönlendiren sebepler ve pazardaki yazılım firmaları incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, kurumsal kaynak planlaması sistemi yazılım seçim kriterleri ve adımları ele alınmaktadır. Kurulum aşamaları, dikkat edilmesi gereken konular ve kritik başarı faktörleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu çalışma, işletmelerin ERP sistemlerini etkin bir şekilde kullanmalarının, dijital dönüşüm sürecinde önemli faydalar sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bulgularımız şunları göstermektedir: İşletmelerin ERP kullanımı, verimliliklerini artırmakta ve operasyonel süreçlerini optimize etmektedir. Dijitalleşme, işletmelerin rekabet gücünü artırarak yeni fırsatlar yaratmaktadır. ERP sistemleri, işletmelerin farklı departmanları arasındaki veri paylaşımını kolaylaştırarak bütüncül bir iş yapısını desteklemektedir. ERP sistemleri, işletmelerin kaynaklarını tasarruflu ve dinamik bir şekilde yönetmelerini sağlamaktadır.Bu çalışma, işletmelerin YBS ve ERP sistemlerini benimsemelerinin ve dijital dönüşüm sürecinde kullanmalarının önemini vurgulamaktadır. İşletmeler, bu sistemleri uygulayarak rekabet avantajı elde edebilir, iş süreçlerini iyileştirebilir ve müşteri memnuniyetini artırabilmektedir. Ayrıca, dijital dönüşüm sürecinde başarılı olabilmek için işletmelerin uygun YBS ve ERP stratejileri geliştirmeleri gerekmektedir. İşletmeler, YBS ve ERP kullanımını teşvik etmek ve çalışanlarını bu konuda eğitmek için uygun politika ve programlar geliştirmelidir. İşletmeler, dijital dönüşüm sürecinde ERP sistemlerini entegre etmeyi düşünmelidir. Yazılım seçiminde, işletmenin özel ihtiyaçlarına uygun bir ERP çözümü tercih edilmelidir. İşletmeler, ERP sistemi kurulumu ve uygulaması sürecinde uzman danışmanlık hizmetlerinden yararlanmalı ve dikkatli bir planlama yapmalıdır. İşletmeler, dijitalleşme sürecinde sürekli olarak yeniliklere ve gelişmelere odaklanmalı, yeni teknolojileri izlemeli ve uyum sağlamalıdır. Bu öneriler, işletmelerin YBS ve ERP sistemlerini etkin bir şekilde kullanarak dijital dönüşüm sürecinde başarılı olmalarını desteklemektedir.
The purpose of this research is to assess the significance of management information systems (MIS) and digitization within the context of businesses and to explore the potential of MIS strategies in facilitating the process of digital transformation for businesses. The initial segment of the research is primarily dedicated to examining the effects of businesses' employment of Management Information Systems (MIS) on the process of digitization. The subsequent segment, conversely, delves into the subject matter of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their chronological evolution. The present section scrutinises the progression of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, encompassing product trees, material requirements planning, master production scheduling, capacity requirements planning, production resources planning, and distribution resources planning. Furthermore, the text elucidates the modular composition of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the manner in which diverse modules are assimilated into commercial operations. The third segment highlights the significance of enterprise resource planning in the context of business and explores the process of its implementation. This study examines the factors that motivate companies to implement enterprise resource planning systems, as well as the software providers operating in the market. In addition, the text delves into the criteria for selecting software and the steps involved in implementing an enterprise resource planning system. The text emphasises the various phases of installation, significant factors to be taken into account, and essential elements for achieving success. The findings of this research indicate that the proficient implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in enterprises yields substantial advantages during the course of digital transformation. The results of our study suggest that the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems can improve productivity and streamline business operations. The process of digitization has been observed to enhance the competitive edge of enterprises and generate novel prospects. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems promote cross-functional collaboration by enabling seamless data exchange among various organisational units, thereby fostering an integrated work environment. Moreover, they aid enterprises in proficiently managing their assets. The present research, study underscores the significance of enterprises embracing Management Information Systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and leveraging them in the process of digital transformation. The implementation of such systems can confer a competitive advantage to businesses, optimise their operational procedures, and augment customer contentment. Furthermore, it is imperative for enterprises to formulate suitable Management Information Systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategies in order to effectively navigate the digital transformation journey and achieve success. It is recommended that businesses establish appropriate policies and programmes aimed at promoting the utilisation of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Additionally, it is advisable to provide training opportunities to employees to enhance their proficiency in these areas. It is advisable for enterprises to contemplate the assimilation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems into their digital transformation endeavours. When making a software selection, it is advisable to prioritise an ERP solution that is tailored to meet the unique requirements of the business. It is recommended that businesses avail themselves of professional consulting services and engage in meticulous planning when undertaking the installation and implementation of ERP systems. In addition, it is imperative for enterprises to maintain a persistent emphasis on innovation and advancements throughout the process of digitization, while also remaining abreast of emerging technologies and adapting accordingly.
